How do I apply for a place at a school outside the City of Leicester?
If you want to apply for a secondary school place in another authority and live within the Leicester City boundary you can apply online but still need to apply through us and we will forward your application to the relevant authority. When can I use the online system? Leicester City Council’s online system will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from 1st September 2009. It will, however, only be live up until the closing date of midnight 23rd October 2009. After this date you will have to complete a paper application which will be treated as a late application.
