How do I apply for a new GroupWise Account or make changes to an existing account?

New Individual Account Requests: All email account requests are processed through ORC’s HR department. Please contact Kim Hazlett at (407) 882-1143. Changes to Existing Individual Accounts: Name changes or any other information that requires changes to be made in PeopleSoft, must be requested with Kim Hazlett. Changes to address book info, i.e., department, organization or phone number info, can be submitted by email to gwhelp@mail.ucf.edu. New Depatment Email Account Requests: Contact Karen Norum at knorum@mail.ucf.edu. Please provide: • account ID, • name to display in the GroupWise address book, and • name and office phone number of the person taking responsibility for the account.
