1. Contact Peachtree Mortgage Services, Inc. by phone at 770.481.0052 or by email at peachmtg@bellsouth.net and request a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE. For a purchase quote, we will need to know the approximate sales price, the approximate down payment, and the type of new mortgage loan (i.e. 30 year, 15 year, etc.) that you want. For a refinance quote, we will need to know the approximate value of the property, the approximate loan amount, and the type of mortgage loan that you want. We will email you a package including the Good Faith and our complete mortgage loan application package. 2. Fill out the mortgage loan application completely using blue ink.
