How do I apply for a grant from the “Animal Friendly” specialty license plate fund for low cost spay/neuter programs?
Non-profit and governmental agencies may submit applications for consideration during the grant period. The time period for applying for the “Animal Friendly” grants typically begins in mid to late March and ends around the first of May each year.
