To aply a didgital tachograph card one needs to complete a D777(NI) Digital Tachograph Driver card form, which may be obtained from a Local Office, MOT centre or by calling 0845 402 4000, submit a fee of £38.00, payable by cheque or postal order, include one colour passport-sized photograph and send all to DVA, Digital Tachographs, Driver Licensing, County Hall, Coleraine, BT51 3TD. The card is valid for a period of 5years.
