How do I apply for a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)?
You must first hold an unconditional offer before we are able to issue your CAS. When you have accepted an unconditional offer you should refer to the Admissions Office previous email which gave information on applying for a Tier 4 visa. You will need to provide details from your passport so that a CAS can be requested for you. The CAS request facility can be found by following the “Applicant Home” link on the left hand side of the eVision screen, and clicking on the “Request Tier 4 Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies” link. When the University has all the necessary information to be able to request a CAS from the UK Border Agency, the request for a CAS will be dealt with by the Admissions Office and they will contact you by email to confirm when the CAS has been assigned.
