1. Ignore ” ‘ General ‘ X” – the lad has some serious growing up problems. He proposes you commit criminal acts. Legally and morally dumb. 2. Keep a log with date-time notation in which you cite each offense. Call the police, yes, but only when it is really necessary. Calling them too much and whining like an old lady will have them thinking you are a crank, and you will be ignored. Take pictures in every instance, and have the offended people sign off on your logged harassments. Time and showing a pattern of criminal behavior and antisocial attitude out of step with the normative standards of your local community will weigh heavily with a judge, especially if you act while in control of your emotions. 3. You must cease IMMEDIATELY any and all responses to these people while on the scene. Calmness and emotional control MUST be your new standards, or you will get nowhere with the authorities. 4.
