How do I alter the time on an analogue tachograph?

When you open the tachograph it flip’s forward on a hinge. This lid houses the speedo and clock. On one side of this,i think it’s the right hand side, you will see the top of a small white wheel,it’s grooved.this adjusts the clock. When you have reset the time put in a blank tacho card and drive forward a few feet, you will here the tachograph spinning for a second or two while it resets its self. And thats it. Remember you can’t see this little wheel when the lid is closed.
