To allow connections to your Serv-U server, behind WinGate, complete the following steps: These steps assume the FTP server is set to port 21 • Logon to GateKeeper with Administrative rights • Expand the [Services] tree • Double click the [FTP proxy service] • Select the [Bindings] tab • Ensure that the top radio button is selected to [Allow connections coming in on any interface] • Click the [Non-proxy Requests] tab • Click on the [Pipe requests through to predetermined server] radio button • Enter the [IP address] of the client machine hosting the FTP server behind WinGate, to which all FTP requests from the Internet will be directed [NOTE]: This client machine must have a static IP address in order for this to work properly • Enter the port as [21] • Click [OK] • Click the [Save changes]
