How do I allow or deny mail coming from a certain address?
To allow mail from a certain address or a domain go to Advanced settings and choose, Allowed addresses under the left hand side Spam Control menu. If you want to allow mail from certain domains add * as the wildcard indicating any address in the certain domain, then add the rest of the address after the @ sign. For example; *@optusnet.com.au, on the allow list, would allow all mail coming from the Optusnet domain.
