How do I adjust the overspeed alert?
The Overspeed Alert is a standard feature on many GPS detectors and is very useful if you want to be reminded to slow down if you happen to stray over the limit, for example on a freeway / motorway. You can easily change the Overspeed Alert value by pressing the following button sequence: Press button 1 twice to access the Overspeed Alert feature in the main menu. Then use button 2 to adjust the setting up, or button 3 to move it down. When you have the correct speed setting you want to use, press button 4 to save. If you want to disable Overspeed Alerts completely, set it for the value 255.
