How do I adjust the heat of the hot air tool. The temperature is to hot for my application?
The only way to change the temperature is to change the ceramic heating element that is inside the hot air tool to a lower wattage-heating element. Remove the heating element that is in the tool according to the service manual instruction booklet. Then install a lower wattage-heating element. If you need to purchase a lower wattage heating element, contact jonathan [at] malcom.com.
