With the mode dial set to the camera, hand or movie projector icon, you can access the Exposure Compensation feature by pressing the Up arrow on the arrow pad. Then use the arrow pad to make the image brighter (Right arrow) or darker (Left arrow). The value can be adjusted +/- 2 EV in 1/3 EV increments. Press the [OK/FUNCTION] button to apply the setting.
