How Do I Address Risk Issues in the Strategic Planning?
Different types of risk can be considered as part of the planning process. These risk categories can be accommodated by the ReleasePlanner planning process both at the level of planning criteria (e.g., to ask stakeholders for their risk evaluation for the different items) and on the constraint level (allowing only a maximum level of risk within a time period).
