This procedure describes how to add to the list of comments that are available when a teacher sets end-of-term-grades. • Go to the School Home page. • In the My Links navigation bar, click Options. The School Options page appears. • In the School Settings section, click the Set Preferences for Comments on Grade Reports link. The Preferences for Grade Report Comments appears. • Do one of the following: • To add one comment, click the add comment link at the top of the page and go to step 6. • To add multiple comments, enter the number of comments you want to add in the Add standard comments field and go to step 5. • Click Add Comments. • Complete the appropriate fields. • Click Add Comments. The comments are added to the Available Comments list.
