• From the menu bar select Tools, Email Accounts. • Select Add a new directoty or address book, under the Directory section. • Check the Internet Directory Service (LDAP) is selected. • Click Next. • In the Server name box type staff-mail.lboro.ac.uk • Click the button More Settings. • In the display name as it appears in the address book type cn=student.lboro.ac.uk • Click Apply. • Click OK. • Click on Next. • Click Finish. To see the student directory you will need to exit Outlook and reopen.
