How do I add the Industrial Average indices (DOW, AMEX, NASDAQ, and S&P) symbols to my Delphi XM SKYFi2 or SKYFi3?

Delphi is the hardware manufacturer for the Delphi XM SKYFi2 and SKYFi3 satellite radio products. XM Radio provides the satellite broadcast service/content. Reporting is currently limited to individual stocks that are listed on the exchanges. This is due to contractual issues between XM and the various “Industrial Average” indices (DOW, AMEX, NASDAQ, and S&P).
