This portable computer uses memory modules called Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Modules (S0-DIMM). The modules are available in various capacities. Use only PC133 memory modules for upgrading the memory. Note: Review Electrostatic discharge (ESD) guidelines before beginning the procedure. How to Add and Remove Memory Modules Note: When adding or replacing modules, you must shut down the computer before starting the procedure, and then restart the computer after the new module is correctly installed.
