How do I add or remove cities, zip codes, and counties from my sex offender subscription?
• Enter http://diss.state.de.us into the address bar of your browser. • Enter your User Name and Password into the spaces on the left-hand side of the screen under Account Services and select the ‘Login’ button. • Select the Modify’ link located to the right of the sex offender subscription. • In order to add a zip code, city, county, select them from the drop-down list(s). • Select the ‘Submit’ button to add your zip code, city or county. • In order to remove a zip code, city or county, select the ‘Remove’ box along side of the zip code, city or county that you would like to remove. • Select the ‘Submit’ button to remove the selected zip code, city or county. • To add multiple zip codes, cities or counties to your subscription, repeat steps 4 and 5 as many times as needed.
