To add or delete accounts, an authorized owner of the account must request the account addition or deletion. Personal account owners may submit a request via online banking, under User Services. Simply select “Add New Online Account” or “Remove Online Account” under Manage Account. Business accounts must submit a revised business online banking enrollment form (available from your branch of account) signed by an authorized account signer.
