• Connect to Lotus Notes desktop client and open your inbox. • From the menu bar at the top of the Lotus Notes window select Actions | Tools | Preferences. • Select the Access & Delegation tab. • Select the Shortcuts to Other’s Mail sub-tab. • Under “Provide shortcuts to the following users’ Mail, Calendar and Todo” click on the triangle at the bottom right of the text box. • From the “Choose address book” dropdown menu select YorkU’s Directory. Search for and highlight the account for which you would like to add a shortcut, then click Add. The account should appear on the right. You may select multiple accounts for which to create shortcuts. When you are done, click OK. • The account name should now appear in the text box on the preferences window. Click OK. • Shortcuts are now available by clicking on the triangle beside Mail or Calendar at the top left of the respective views.
