• Go to the “Update Club Data” screen. • From the dropdown list in the “Assign Officer Positions” section, choose either the current or incoming officer. • Select the appropriate term. • Save the changes. • Go to the “Update Membership Data” screen to add or revise the address, phone numbers, or e-mail address of each officer. If the club has a permanent club address (P.O. Box or street address), it should be added each year as an officer address to the records of each current/incoming president and secretary.
