How do I add notes to my tournament home page via TDM? Will these notes added via TDM override any notes added via TennisLink?
Select a tournament in TDM. Go to the Home screen. Click the General Tab. Anything you see in the Notes area is coming from TennisLink. To create a new message click New at the bottom of the Tournament Messages area. Type your Headline, Link (if necessary) and Message Body. The message will now be created. When you upload your tournament to the web the message will appear on the tournament home page. Repeat as necessary for further messages. These messages do not override messages from TennisLink. • How do I publish the entrants but hide the draws? Before publishing the tournament with File | Upload you must first go to Draws and select Draws from your toolbar and go to Web Options. There is a check box for Visible on Web. Any division that is checked will have draws displayed on the Internet. At the top of the screen, there is an option to Deselect All if you wish to hide all draws. When Deselect All is enabled and you upload your tournament (File | Upload Tournament) only tournament
