All new shared hosting accounts from May 2007 have the MailFoundry Anti-Spam/Virus service enabled. For any account ordered prior to May 2007 the MailFoundry service is available FREE on an opt-in basis, to have it enabled on your account all you need to do is open a support ticket requesting MailFoundy to be added. Once your domain is added all your email addresses/aliases you create are added to the system for you automatically.
