Language support for Right-to-Left Languages as well as Far Eastern Languages is built into Windows Vista (to learn how to install these versions under Windows XP, click here). It is still necessary, however, to add keyboards for the specific languages to be used. These can be added under the Regional and Language Options dialog, accessed from the Windows Control Panel. To add one or more keyboards for languages, take the following steps: 1. Open Windows Control Panel and access the REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS dialog box. 2.
