How do I add information to the News/Exped/Race pages?

You need to be an admin to be able to add News, Exped and Race Information. Once you have admin status (speak to a webmaster get admin status), Login to the forum and go to the News/Exped/Race page you want to update. You will see extra options available to you, extra buttons, “add news” and “add report” will be visible (next to Old News, All News, if you can’t seem them try pressing Ctrl f5 and/or loging in again via the forum). Click the button you want to use and follow the on-screen instructions.
