Email Tyffany with the following information: • Name of individual being added/deleted/changed • Beginning date when changes take effect • Pay rates (if changing) • Weekly hours (if changing) IMPORTANT: ALL ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS OF INDIVIDUALS, AS WELL AS ALL PAY RATE CHANGES, MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A WRITTEN CHANGE ORDER SENT TO TEMPFORCE BY PURCHASING.
