How do I add corporate (work) email to mail@metro?
To add corporate (work) email, make sure that you have a phone and rate plan that supports your corporate email. Only Smartphones will be able to utilize the corporate email function. Visit Plans to view the services available by Rate Plan. Also make sure that your company uses Microsoft Exchange Corporate with Outlook Web Access email. Here are the steps to add your work email: • Confirm with your IT Department that your company supports Outlook Web Access email on your phone. If it is supported, ask them to provide the Server and Domain name. • On your Smartphone go to the following: • => Menu • => mail@metro • => Add Account • You will be presented a list of service providers. From this list, select “Work”. • You will be asked, “Do you have Outlook Web Access (OWA)?” You must be able to select “Yes” to continue. Select “Yes”. • Enter your Server Address by touching on the field with your finger to open the keyboard for data entry.
