How do I add, change, or remove a current or incoming club president, secretary, executive secretary/director, treasurer, or club Foundation chair?

(Option only for club president, club secretary, and club executive secretary/director.) From the main menu, click “Update Club Data.” Scroll down to the Club Officers section. To add current or incoming club position holders, click “Add Club Officers.” To change or end the term of a current officer, click “Edit Term.” To remove a name because the office holder did not serve, click the “Remove” link. Note: Club contact information is published in various Rotary media, including Club Locator on Rotary.org. Club officer information is published in the Official Directory only.
