How do I add automobile usage to an employees wages for W-2 reporting?
To have auto usage appear as wages on the W-2, go to Payroll > Payroll Query, Earnings/Deductions tab, where you can adjust the wages to include the auto usage amounts. When you make an adjustment in Payroll Query, it does not update all tables; however, any changes made here will be included on the employees W-2’s. Note: If you make the adjustment before the last payroll of this year, Millennium will adjust payroll tax withholdings, calculating against the full amount of wages, including the auto usage.
