A. Open the Exercises table and look up the ExerciseID for the missing exercise. Open the MSEL_Mgr_Settings table and add a row. The MSELMgrSettingsID column will number itself. Put the appropriate value in the ExerciseID column. The rest of the columns can be just like the row above.
