Simply follow these steps to keep track of your activity level: • From the “Journal” tab in the upper left corner, select the “Daily Journal” link • Click the “Add” button • Type the name of the activity you’re looking for into the search box (For example, running) • Click the “Search” button • Choose the activity that most closely matches what you would like to add (For example, running, 5 mph 12 min/mile) • The date will default to today’s date. If you would like to change the date, use the drop downs to change the date. • Enter the duration for the activity. 1 for one hour, decimals for amount other than one hour. 45 minutes = .75, 30 minutes = .5, 25 minutes = .25, 1 1/2 hours = 1.5, etc.
