After you have copied the gms file to the correct location and restarted CorelDraw you go to Tools>Customization. Then in the customization section make sure you choose Commands. You will see a large list of all of the icons you can add to your toolbars on the right. From the dropdown menu you can choose Macros so it will show only macros installed. Drag and drop the icon of the GDG macro to a toolbar of your choice. Assign a shortcut key in the same section. Also see the illustrated getting started section of the site.
