How do I add a posting to the In Memoriam portlet?
• From the eNet home screen click Village News. • Once inside click the “Submission Form” link and wait for the pop-up to load. • When the page is loaded, you will need to enter a user name and password, do not change any other fields. The user name and password are both enet. • After entering the user name and password, a page will open with different fields for you to fill in information related to your posting. • For In Memoriam select “In Memoriam” as the Content Type. Fill in all other relevant information and click the “Finish” button in the bottom right hand corner of the window. • In the next window that pops up, you will need to name your posting. Do not use spaces and click ok once you have chosen a name. • Select “Next” and then “Online Services” in the “Content Reviewer 1” section of the final screen. • Click “Finish” and your posting should appear within one hour.
