HOW DO I ADD A NEW ENTRY TO THE TOUR OPERATOR LIBRARY ?
A.i) SHIFT + F4 to open up CONNECTION MANAGER then Click ‘NEW’ button ii) Bullet Tour Operator log on and click NEXT button iii) In the ‘ADD TOUR OPERATOR’ window replace the AA Five Star default with the name of the New Tour operator or Airline you wish to enter iv) Press TAB and enter your PASSWORD v) Press TAB (x3) and enter the supplier Hash codes in boxes labelled ‘Fastrak’ and ‘Istel’ vi) Tick ABTA, PASSWORD, and REF ‘Send’ boxes ( nb Ticking Prompts is optional but SEND DATA check box must definitely be left blank unless specifically required by the new suppliers system) if problems are experienced or you require further guidance call the JUST REWARDS SUPPORT DESK on 01202 517240) vi) Click FINISH vii) Select the Network(s) you wish to add the new entry to.
