After selecting the address from the Automatic pool (the addresses with an ‘A’ after them), and checking to see if the address is free and is not currently in use, you need to do four things on the HOST page: • Enter a HOST Name • Select the appropriate domain from the pull-down box • Select the ‘hard Coded’ button. There is no need to enter a MAC address • Leave the “TTL” box blank unless you have a specific need to change it. It will default to 8 hours.
