How do I add a Column of figures using the Autosum facility?

Place your insertion point in the empty cell under the figures and click on the Autosum icon on your Standard toolbar. Press the Enter/Return OR Tab. key on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the Green Tick symbol on your Formula Bar. Tip:If you alter the figures in your column and then click in the total cell it will automatically adjust the total for you. Note:Normally, formulae contain cell references rather than actual numbers e.g. =C3-C4. This means that the formulae will re-calculate whenever the numbers are changed in the relevant cells.
