How do I activate WorldClass service?
Depending on your account type, you may add WorldClass service online. Log in to My T-Mobile and select Plan & Services. If your account is not eligible to change services online, you may contact Customer Care.If you are outside the US, contact Customer Care at +1-505-998-3793. We cannot guarantee we will be able to add the WorldClass feature to your account while you are outside the US. It is better to add the feature before you travel.For more information, go to International Services.
