You can activate your Emergency Relief Card by using your card number and activation code (provided by the purchaser) at www.prepaid.bankofamerica.com/reliefcard or by calling 1.888.373.5801 OR the Purchaser may have already activated the card for you. Please check with the Purchaser to determine if the card is activated or not. At the time of activation, you will be asked to select a pass code which will be the same for the Web and phone and must be numerical from 6 to 16 digits.
