How do I activate portal access for secondary certificate holders?
Your new secondary digital certificate holders will need you to activate their profile in the portal before they can successfully login for the first time. This is when you choose which activities they will be able to conduct on your entity’s behalf. Ask your secondary digital certificate holder to try logging in to the portal after they have downloaded and installed their new certificate. Once they have done this, they will appear in your ‘access pending’ list. The next step is to login to the portal yourself, and activate your new certificate holder’s access.
