At anytime during the mix, simply hold down the Euphoria button for roughly 5 seconds and Party Play will begin. You can still hit samples (red button) and use the effects dial whenever you want but the game will be doing everything else. Also, remember that you can not use Party Play to earn stars, Achievements or Trophies.
