How do I activate my terminal in order to accept Viro Gift Cards?
You will need to swipe the supplied Viro Activation Card issued to you in the Viro Merchant Partner Welcome Pack. You will find that there are 2 Activation Cards, both of which must be swiped through your terminals in order for both the identification of your terminal as belonging to the Viro Merchant Partner list, and to allow Viro Members to redeem Viro Gift Cards in your store. If you do not swipe these then Viro Members will not receive their reward and will not be able to redeem their Viro Gift Card back in your store.
