In order to activate a benefit under the Cardholder Security Plan, you will need to call CSI Processing toll free at 1.888.668.6938, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time. Within 15 days of your benefit request, you will be sent an activation form(s) requesting proof of your loss. Upon receipt of the proof-of-loss form(s), we’ll notify you of your eligibility and when your benefits will begin.
