How do I access webTA?
A. Once you have been issued an initial password and User ID, you may log in to webTA at the URL address https://docwebta.ocs.doc.gov. If you do not remember this URL address, you can access webTA from links on various websites, including NOAA, the Department of Commerce, or search for it on Google. WebTA is accessible from any location where the Internet is available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only exception is if the system is taken down for general maintenance or system upgrades. The NOAA Time & Attendance Services Office or the Help Desk Staff usually notify webTA users when the system is unavailable.
