If you access UpToDate from a hospital or other institution that has a site license and is integrated with UpToDate, simply click on the clinical information system’s UpToDate function (a tab, button, link, or some other type of control). If you have an individual subscription and would like to access UpToDate from your clinical information system, please contact your system vendor and request that an UpToDate function be enabled or added.
