How do I access the wireless network (TTUnet)?
The secure wireless network (TTUnet) utilizes 802.1x authentication of laptops and handhelds to insure both individual accountability and secure transmissions. All University information resources may be accessed over the TTUnet wireless network using 802.1x authentication. To access the wireless network you must utilize your eRaider account and have one of the following operating systems installed: Windows laptops – Windows 2000 SP4 or Windows XP SP1 and above Apple laptops OS 10.3 and above PocketPC – Windows PocketPC 2003 and above Set up information is available at http://www.helpdesk.ttu.edu, and will be updated as new OS suppliers provide 802.1x support for their systems.
