Although the Workforce Central application upgrade for v4.3 is applied via a patch, the entire time zone upgrade requires upgrades to associated third party software not supported by the original v4.3 release. Workforce Timekeeper service pack(SP) 16 allowed clients to use the Sun JRE 1.4.x_x (that is, all versions of the 1.4 plug in). Prior to SP16, clients could only use 1.4.x_x if they applied the TOLE-0586 patch to SP8 through SP15.
