How do I access the updates for Workforce Central products?
The updates are designed to be customer installable; customers with maintenance agreements can obtain them from the Kronos customer website at: http://customer.kronos.com/Support/Servicepacks/CS.htm v4.3: Kronos provides a software patch that updates the 2007 time zone definitions directly in the Workforce Central TIMEZONE database table. This patch is available on the Kronos customer website. Although the Workforce Central application upgrade for v4.3 is applied via a patch, the entire time zone upgrade requires upgrades to associated third party software not supported by the original v4.3 release. Workforce Timekeeper service pack(SP) 16 allowed clients to use the Sun JRE 1.4.x_x (that is, all versions of the 1.4 plug in). Prior to SP16, clients could only use 1.4.x_x if they applied the TOLE-0586 patch to SP8 through SP15.
