Access from your desktop If you have downloaded ShopSafe, you can access the service by clicking the ShopSafe logo in one of the following locations: • System tray (in the lower right corner of the computer screen) • Browser bar (top of computer screen) • START menu • Desktop icon Access from the Web site You can also click on “Use ShopSafe” within Online Banking. How do I Log In? ShopSafe uses the same Online ID and Passcode as Online Banking. You must be enrolled in Online Banking before you can gain access to the ShopSafe service. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to use the ShopSafe service, visit www.bankofamerica.com to enroll. What if I forget my Online ID and passcode?
