How do I access SmartForms Centre?
SmartForms Centre is a web-based system and is accessible by designated administrators from within an agency. When an agency first wishes to use the SmartForms Centre, the agency’s designated SmartForms users complete a SmartForms Centre User Access Form and send to Innovation. The Innovation System Administrator then creates the agency record in the SmartForms Centre and an account for the lead Agency Administrator. The lead Agency Administrator receives training from Innovation before gaining access to the SmartForms Centre. Following this training, the lead Agency Administrator is able to provide training to the other SmartForms Centre users within their agency.
