How do I access services with the EPO and EPO Supplement to Original Medicare plans?
EPO benefits are almost the same as the HMO benefits, except that you do not have to choose a Personal Physician. Each time you seek care, you can choose from any of the doctors and hospitals in our PPO network. Out-of-network services are not covered.
